Stabilise, energise, realise: a long term plan for social care

This report from Future Health and Alzheimer's Society seeks to set out what needs to happen and how to deliver a social care system to be proud of as a nation, in order to work with the Government to address this challenge and develop the solutions.

It builds on their position on the quality of care set out in the paper, A Future for Personalised Care and says that the over-riding approach in this long-term plan for a better social care system is to deliver more personalised care. The plan also seeks to deliver a system that tailors care around the needs and wants of the individual involved.
