Several schemes of interest shortlisted in RIBA regional awards

As RIBA reveal their regional awards shortlists, celebrating commitment to design, buildings and spaces that enhance people's lives, developments featuring HAPPI-designed schemes and intergenerational living are amongst those being championed.

In London, congratulations go to Mæ for their HAPPI-designed scheme in East Ham, Noele Gordon House, and to Satish Jassal architects for Rowan Court, a residential development in Haringey which also features intergenerational living. And Haysom Ward Miller architects have been shortlisted by RIBA East for More‘s Meadows almshouse in Great Shelford, Cambridgeshire, also a Housing LIN case study.
