Part two of the Digital Telecare Readiness report out now

Are housing providers ready for the digital switchover challenge? This was the question at the heart of the Digital Technology Housing Strategy Barometer from Housing LIN and Appello, with findings revealed in our two-part Digital Readiness Report 2026.

Part one of this report highlighted an “awareness paradox”: while 98.6% of providers know the deadline is coming, only 23.6% are concerned. Furthermore, 60% lack the digital skills to decide on a strategy, leaving many drifting toward the deadline unprepared.
