New Housing LIN/HCR Law Report explores the state of AI in specialist and supported housing

Written by the Housing LIN with legal insight from HCR Law, this new Report shares findings from our first AI State of the Nation survey of specialist and supported housing. Drawing on an analysis of the responses alongside other recent data and commentary, it finds AI use concentrated on productivity and administration, with early examples in support planning, property monitoring and home safety - while experimentation outpaces evaluation, data readiness, governance and resident involvement. It concludes with five practical priorities for providers.
