ADASS and TSA have developed a free Blueprint, Unlocking the Power of Proactive and Preventative Care Services, to help UK councils scale digital preventative services.

Created with input from over 100 stakeholders, including people with lived experience and care professionals, it offers a step-by-step guide, service planning tools, and financial models.

The resource draws on real-world council examples and aims to support effective, scalable TEC service implementation.
