Housing LIN takes part in Tenants and Residents Innovation Day at Amazon HQ

Our CEO, Jeremy Porteus, was privileged to be a part of the Innovation Day Panel hosted by Amazon, exploring how AI and technology can benefit tenants and residents in social housing.

Organised by SNG, Switchee, and the Disruptive Innovators Network, Jeremy highlighted recent Age UK research findings that millions of older people are digitally excluded and/or have poor digital literacy in the UK.

And, ahead of the digital switchover by the end of January 2027, he signposted the TAPPI principles, emphasising the need to shift organisational leadership, culture, systems and services from where tenant participation and resident involvement are an operational afterthought to active customer inclusion where codesign and coproduction are built in strategically from the outset.
