Housing LIN and Essex County Council scoop the Essex Housing Award for Specialist Housing

We’re delighted to announce that, together with our client Essex County Council, we have won the 2025 Essex Housing Award for Specialist Housing for the Essex Supported and Specialist Housing and Accommodation Need Assessment.

This comprehensive piece of work provides vital evidence and insight to inform future practice for specialist accommodation and shape Local Plans across all Essex districts.

Theonie Woodley, Senior Commissioning Officer in Adult Social Care at Essex County Council, said:
