Running from 9:00am to 5:00pm, the conference will bring together leaders from housing, health and social care to explore how inclusive, care-ready homes and age-friendly neighbourhoods can support people to live well as they age. Anchored by the latest developments from the SHAPE Exchange programme, the event will feature expert speakers, interactive sessions, sector showcases and extensive networking.
