Final session of the 2025/26 Future Leaders Programme inspires

The final session of the 2025/26 Housing LIN Future Leaders Programme (FLP) took place yesterday.

Sponsored by Sovereign Network Group, members of our fifth cohort were treated to two outstanding contributions by Bradford Council’s Fazeela Hafejee, and Social Care Futures’ Neil Crowther. Both shared powerful insights on their respective non-linear leadership journeys, the people who inspired them along the way and the values underpinning their own personal, cultural and relational qualities that have informed a shift in their styles of leadership akin to "allyship".

Members of the FLP will now be writing a guest Housing LIN blog and/or a TikTok video to reflect on their learning throughout the year. We also look forward to recruiting for our 2026/27 FLP in the coming months. Watch this space!
