Draft dementia strategy for Wales 2026 to 2036

The Welsh Government has published a Dementia Strategy (2026- 2036) for public consultation.

Once signed off, it will replace the previous Dementia Action Plan, published in February 2018, and subsequent Companion Document in 2021. The Strategy aims to improve dementia care and support across Wales intended to provide the opportunity for people to have early engagement in the content of the document.

The deadline for response is 6 April 2026.
