APPG meeting examines leasehold reform and sector implications

Our CEO, Jeremy Porteus, attended the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) open meeting at the House of Commons on Tuesday, where industry leaders and policymakers discussed the future of leasehold reform.

Co-chaired by Anna Dixon MP and Lord Richard Best, the session focused on the implications of reform for the social housing sector, while also considering the potential impact on private operators and the measures being explored to mitigate associated risks.

The meeting brought together key stakeholders to share perspectives on this important and evolving policy agenda.
