We are super excited to host this Suitable Housing for an Ageing Population Evidence Exchange (SHAPE) HAPPI Hour webinar, in partnership with the Vivensa Foundation, and to announce the launch of the brand-new SHAPE Challenge Fund.
Overview
Building on the HAPPI and TAPPI principles, the Fund is a minimum of £3million which will be allocated to 4-6 successful applications across the UK to take forward the recommendations of the Older People’s Housing Taskforce and deliver meaningful improvements to the quality and provision of age-friendly, technology-enabled housing and places at a locality level and services that support independence and facilitate better care at home.
The SHAPE HAPPI Hour will outline the policy context for the programme - from the Casey Commission and Neighbourhood Health to Housing Growth and existing Decent Homes - and then detail the eligibility criteria, processes and milestones for applying for funding and resultant delivery arrangements.
