help/advice needed in setting up semi independant/supported living units
Hi my name is Raj and this is my first time using a forum, so here goes...we currently run an established HMO property management company supplying around 50 emergency accommodation units to various councils in the South East.
We have earmarked a number of our sites that we would like to convert to semi independent or assisted living units.
As with everyone else who has asked the above questions on the forum we are getting no joy with the councils that we already deal with and have no idea where to start, what our legal obligations and requirements would be and how we subsequently procure business from local government bodies.
If anyone has any suggestions or can point us in the right direction I would be extremely grateful
