I just wanted to share this latest tender opportunity.

Gateshead Council is seeking a provider to deliver: practical, personal and emotional support to Service Users at home and to help them remain in the environment of their choice for as long as possible and to enable them to lead a good quality of life.

Lot 1 - Callendar Court: 41 service users, 488 hours per week

Lot 2 - Angel Court: 36service users, 478 hours per week

The contract duration is 5 years (with a max. of 2 extensions of up to 1 year each). The current landlords are Housing & Care 21 and The Gateshead Housing Company.
