Supported Temporary Accomodation in Northumberland

Hi we are a provider of Temp Accommodation in Northumberland and are looking into the Supported Housing Element of this to work with various Organisations for referrals. Does anyone know how we go about this at all. Any information and advice would be greatly received. Many Thanks
