Supported Housing Mental Health
Hi I am wondering if anyone can help with a business plan for supported living. I have a property which I am looking to set up as accommodation for Mental Health patients moving back into the community after hospital stay. No personal care will be provided, just 24hr support. I have had some information from the local council with regards to insurance and registering, but I could do with help with overheads and what sort of staff, apart from care workers would be required.
