Sheltered housing - retrofit fabric improvements

Hi all. We are looking for examples of fabric improvements to sheltered housing which have improved the EPC rating that we can learn from, or equally changes which did not result in the hoped for EPC improvement as we can also learn from those. Ideally we'd love to visit but if thats not practical then would appreciate a call to learn from your experience. Thanks!
