Setting up new housing project

Hi there,

I have two large houses which are currently set up into 3 small bedsits and lovely communal areas in each house.

I am in the early stages of considering how best to use these properties; the most promising ideas so far are supported living for care leavers in one of the houses and supporting living for adults with learning difficulties in the other.

I am also drawn to the idea of providing housing for homeless families.

I would be grateful for any advice people could give me about how to go about this and the viability of each option. For example, would i need to be Ofsted/CQC registered?
