Setting up 5 bedroom supported accommodation for homeless, mental health
Hello all, im a private landlord and am looking to set up a small HMO as supported accommodation for homeless and people with mental health issues. I have been looking into this for the last 2 months. I will need exempt accommodation status on my property. Does anyone know the best route forward for me?
Depends are you going to run as a CIC (Community Interest Company) that is truly Not for Profit?
