Payments for supported living

Lynn Gannon 04/07/17 General Housing Topics

Hi,

I have set up supported living house and have a meeting with CQC very soon.
Can anyone offer me advice on how many rooms I am able to have?
I have joined up with two others as an organisation do we do separate tenancy agreements?
What rent is expected for bedroom only fully furnished and house fully furnished?
I am a little confused

Regards
Lynn

hello
Rent for supported housing for a room is about £470 PER WEEK. I KNOW BECAUSE I WORK FOR A SUPPORTED HOUSING, SUPPORTING. THERE IS NO SPECIFIC NUMBER OF ROOMS THAT YOU MUST HAVE , IT DEPENDS ON YOUR POCKET.

COULD YOU PLEASE HELP ME WITH SOME INFORMATION ON HOW YOU SET YOURS UP, BECAUSE EVEN THOUGH I DO WORK IN SUPPORTED HOUSING, I STILL DON'T HAVE SOME OF THE INFORMATION ON SETTING ONE UP.
MY PHONE NUMBER IS 07923957262 [log in to view email address].
Thanks
