Mobility scooter external storage
Has anyone any specifications for external storage of mobility scooters for residential flats for older people? E.g.:
- distance from entrance to flats
- location of entrance
- locking mechanism (sensor/key fob etc)
- should passageway be covered?
- ratio of parking spaces to number of residents.

That would be very helpful. I am concerned about the siting of a scooter store on a local planning application.
