MPLC licences
Hello please could you share if you have MPLC licences for communal lounges within sheltered housing/retirement schemes thanks

Yes we have MPLC licences in all our lounges with TV's/DVD Players, we pay per flat, so it is dependant on the size of the scheme the cost. We do not pass the cost on to residents at this point

yes we purchase one each year, but do not as yet include it in the service charge

Yes we have them for sheltered schemes, we currently pay and do not service charge yet. However if they wish to watch TV each scheme purchases their own communal TV licence as we do not pay for them
