LA and HA partnerhsips for housing delivery

CIH is producing a guide to partnership working between local authorities and housing associations. We are interested in getting examples of where such partnership working has resulted in better housing for older people, e.g. helping them to downsize, or creating better access to supported housing. We are particularly interested in examples that have been innovative, perhaps leading to chains of moves to free-up underused homes, or enabling older people to leave hospital to get effective home-based care, or providing adaptations or homes that in other ways are particularly attractive to older people, whether to rent or as shared ownership. We do though want examples that represent genuine partnership working
