How to find Rent to Rent property for supported living services

Estate Agents and Landlords are a bit iffy to rent their properties for supported living businesses especially when there is a need to adapt the property to suit your clients. A lot of it depend on your budgets, knowledge of the business you are setting up, Local authority's involvement etc.

Their are estate agents who specialises in renting their properties to supported living businesses as well as property developers. There are a lot of flats, houses are being built for this purpose because supported living is an up coming trend the local authority find it more cost effective to put service users in supported living accommodations.

Are you starting your supporting living business from scratch? That could be an issue but there are estate agents and landlords who rent their properties to supported living businesses.
