HOW TO GET CLIENTS FOR A NEW HOME rEGISTERED WITH cqc

In August registered with CQC after a lot of hardship . Started with a number of few people but it initially didn't work then registered sole and was granted in August . My challenge is I have am registered for 3 mental health clients but is there any quicker way of getting either private clients or from local authority . I am based in Sutton Surrey .
