Floating support for care leavers

If possible i am in need of some advice. I am looking to set up my own organisation doing intensive floating support for careleavers and eventually set up static support.

Since being a support assistant and running a project under my team leader i have noticed that there is need for support for care leaver as they have not had the guidance or mentouring that an average young adult would have gained. This is something that i am very passionate about and i thrive to see these young people thrive.

Any advice would be much appreciated!
