Lewisham is seeking a Provider who will work creatively and in partnership with the Council and Phoenix Community Housing Association (Phoenix) to deliver an Extra Care service at Phoenix’s Hazelhurst Court scheme. Hazelhurst Court is the most recent in a programme of Extra Care developments in the borough. Hazelhurst Court comprises of 58 x 1 bed and 2 x2 bed flats across two blocks.

Contract Start: 1/6/2017 for scheme opening in September

Tender Deadline: noon on 17/3/2017
