Extra Care Tender - Lancashire

Lancashire CC is inviting tenders for the provision of Extra Care services at 12 sheltered housing locations within Lancashire.

The tender comprises 8 Lots:
- Lot 1: North - Croft Court (Freckleton) and Stanner Lodge & Bowness Avenue (Lytham St Annes)
- Lot 2: North - Torentum Court (Thornton Cleveleys)
- Lot 3: North - Parkside Court (Morecambe) & Beck View (Lancaster)
- Lot 4: East - Hyndbrook House and Kirk House (Accrington)
- Lot 5: East - St Annes Court (Clitheroe) and Plessington Court (Longridge)
- Lot 6: Central - Bannister Brook and Greenwood Court (Leyland)
- Lot 7: Central - Ainscough Brook (Ribbleton, Preston)
- Lot 8: West - Marlborough Court (Skelmersdale).

Contract start: 1/6/2017 on 1 + 1 + 1 Value: £2.5m p.a. in total

Tender Deadline: 10:00 hrs on 07/04/2017
