Best Practice- Managing 3rd party contractor service providers (Health, social care and support services)
Good afternoon, I am in the process of doing some research around best practice in the management of relationships with third party contractors who provide health care and social support services to housing associations or stock retaining local authorities.
I am particularly interested how HA's or LA's goes about ensuring that they receive the best value possible for their tenants and their organisations from the 3rd party contractors that they use.
