Approach to setting up Resident Scrutiny Panel/Board with a specific focus

We have recently set up a Resident Board to primarily focus on what our approach to Ageing Well should be, what it should look like, what does a good quality of life look like etc.

I am interested to hear from any other organisations about what has worked for them and their residents. We are also looking for speakers with shared experiences who may be able to share what works well and not so well with our Ageing Well board.
