Housing 21: a more inclusive model of cohousing?

This report from the Centre for Regional Economic and Social Research at Sheffield Hallam University presents findings from a one-year study of a Housing 21 cohousing project and explores this new model of cohousing that aims to deliver affordable, rented community-led homes to older people of modest financial means and from minoritized groups.
