Faye Patton Policy & Project Manager, Care & Repair Cymru
Faye has worked for Care & Repair Cymru for just over three years, and now leads the organisation’s Policy & Public Affairs work, as well as managing the charity’s ‘Hospital to a Healthier Home’ service, a successful partnership with the Welsh NHS. In her time at Care & Repair, she has developed the policy output from just herself to a team of three producing credible research on housing for older owner occupiers in Wales, been invited to give evidence to the Welsh Parliament several times, and embedded the Hospital to a Healthier Home service into 17 hospitals across Wales.
