TV Licence - communal lounge sheltered housing
Do you take responsibility for purchasing TV licence in communal area or do tenants fund themselves? Thanks

Hi Claire, we purchase the TV licence for our communal areas and then it is split via a service charge to all customers living st the scheme, it is a very minimal amount per week. Regards Mark
