Formerly heading up Hanover’s development programme, Claire was instrumental in the development of its extra care programme, which currently exceeds over 100 extra care developments nationwide.
Now as Director of Regeneration and Partnership at Anchor, Claire ensures the delivery of an exciting new programme of regeneration in Anchor working with Homes England, the GLA and other investment partners. Her extensive development knowledge is borne from over 37 years in the social housing sector.
