Lynn has worked in housing and homelessness for more than 25 years, more recently leading teams who specialise in delivering service for people in later life.
Lynn is passionate about finding solutions to the current challenges faced by an aging population. She leads a specialist housing team at Guinness, who are committed to providing homes that are safe, energy efficient, and great places to live.
