Paul is the Group Director of Care and Support at The Guinness Partnership, where he oversees regulated care services and intensive supported housing services within Guinness' national housing portfolio.
Prior to joining Guinness, Paul has worked at Director Level in service organisations in the supported employment, arts and housing sectors, and has also served as a Non-Executive Director of an NHS Foundation Trust and a Regional housing provider.
