Joe Is an Exec Director for Johnnie Johnson Housing and a technology enabled care (TEC) specialist. Responsible for ‘Astraline’ JJH national monitoring centre he is focussed on partnership and digital delivery to support independence and ageing in place.
An Inside Housing Tech Leaders 2018, Joe is also now a Quality Improvement Programme Board member at the TSA, and a Change Champion and Mentor for Greater Manchester Housing Partners’ BAME Leadership Programme.
Joe has held a number of senior roles in the sector; at Clarion Housing Group and Home Connections and a Non Exec Director for Hounslow Homes ALMO.

He is a seasoned speaker and was invited to address delegates at the recent TSA ITEC 2019 conference in Birmingham, where he addressed a packed audience on the benefits of monitoring walking speeds in an ageing population.
Joe is extremely interested in the analogue to digital (All-IP) switch, which he says, “is proving an exciting opportunity to rethink the housing and independent living offer.”
