The SHAPE Exchange is an exciting five-year programme led by Housing LIN and funded by the Vivensa Foundation. It will co-create age-friendly homes and places by bringing together partners from housing, health and social care, alongside older people and community organisations.
SHAPE will deliver sector-leading tools and curate essential resources to inspire others on their journey, fund regional testbeds (‘SHAPE Labs’), provide leadership development, and is supported by an established expert Advisory Group.
