Dominic is currently the Head of Reform Engagement in the Adult Social Care Group. In this capacity he oversees all engagement with the sector on all parts of the adult social care reform programme.
Dominic was formally the Head of Continuing Healthcare and Funded Nursing Care at DHSC. Dominic joined the department from the Prime Minister’s Implementation Unit and has previously worked for the Department for Work and Pensions and Ministry of Justice. He is an alumni of the Civil Service Fast Stream scheme.
