Lord Richard Best is an Independent in the House of Lords. He co-chairs the All Party Parliamentary Group on Housing and Care for Older People and has chaired the series of HAPPI Inquiries since 2009.
He is a past chair of Hanover Housing Association. Lord Best has been chairing the Affordable Housing Commission and is a Member of the House of Lords Built Environment Committee
