As Executive Director of Development at emh, Chris has led two successful Homes England Strategic Partnership bids which has doubled the number of new homes to be built over the next five years across the East Midlands. He brings a collaborative approach in leading the Quantum Development partnership and is a strong campaigner for greater housing investment in the region.
He has also been instrumental in delivering the first emh development using modern methods of construction. With a career spanning 20 plus years Chris has amassed a wealth of experience which includes residential and commercial property sales experience and the delivery of largescale, mixed tenure housing development programmes of over 1000 new homes a year. Chris also sits on the Board of Tuntum, a midlands based BAME housing association.
