Andrew is our UK Head of Residential at Faithful+Gould with over 20 years’ experience in the sector. He leads our teams working with both Public and Private sector Clients.
In recent years Andrew has focused on our response to the alternative residential asset classes, including build to rent, co-living, senior living and purpose built student accommodation.
With the use of modern methods of construction being at the forefront of Government and industry’s agenda, Andrew is working closely with local authorities, developers, institutional funds and manufacturers to shape and grow the UK’s response.
