Sarah has worked for NCHA (Nottingham Community Housing association) for over 16 years. Her current role is managing NCHA’s 24/7 Support, Management and Response Service (SMaRT) team. SMaRT plays a critical role in underpinning the care and support services provided by the Care and Support teams across NCHA. SMaRT also provides an out of hours emergency response service, thus delivering seamless 24 hour person centred support. SMaRT not only supports NCHA telecare customers, but also provides out of hours monitoring and support services to several external services and operates three mental health helplines across the country.
