Teresa has over 30 years’ experience in specialist housing covering Operational Management, Business Development, Commissioning and Development/Delivery both new build and remodelling of Supported Housing projects, in particular, Extra Care.
She has a passion for ‘fit for purpose’ design and specification of Older Persons and dementia ready housing solutions, including use of new innovations and technologies to enable independent living. She maintains an extensive network of contacts across the Country amongst Local Authorities, Registered Providers, Consultants, Homes England, and the Department of Health.
