Paula has over 30 years’ experience responding to the needs of older and vulnerable people, developing thought leading partnerships and developing innovative products by engaging directly with customers. She has delivered largescale change projects in the public sector as well as large scale regeneration through public private partnership placing later life at the forefront of master planning.
She is passionate about influencing the sector to do more in providing age appropriate homes for later life, driving inclusion through the effective development of multi-generational communities.
