Her specialist focus is on extra-care retirement living, having drafted many bespoke leases to support sustainable developments and is an expert in outright, shared ownership, buy-backs and large-scale asset disposals in the later living market.
She is passionate about unlocking the potential in this sector both in helping to better educate the public as to what modern retirement living is as well as ensuring providers have as good an understanding as possible as to the operational challenges of retirement developments when embarking on their housing delivery.
