Darius carries out quantitative data analysis as part of the Housing LIN's consultancy team, using the Housing LIN's SHOP@ toolkit to produce demand-side estimates for specialist housing and works to develop and implement additional quantitative tools for demographic and housing data analysis.
Darius enjoys analytical work and the challenge of problem-solving as he comes from a background in economics. He also enjoyed studying languages - where his passion for learning Spanish has allowed him to explore living abroad and making the most of a new cultural experience. From his short time at the Housing LIN, he has appreciated the broad sets of skills that he's been able to develop from a variety of types of research, analysis and new interactions with clients and stakeholders.
