Debby's background is in social housing and support, having been CEO of Habinteg and of the Octavia Hill Housing Trust.
Currently a social impact adviser for Funding Affordable Homes Sicav and Board member of the Funding Affordable Homes Housing Association, she is an experienced non-executive director.
She is a former Chair and Trustee of the Joseph Rowntree Foundation and the Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust. Past Master of the Mercers Livery Company, she now chairs the Mercers Charitable Foundation and its social investment advisory group.
