01:16:15	jacquel.runnalls:	My colleague Rachel has built on case studies in the Inclusive Housing Design Guide,and why her role was employed in the first place as a Housing OT where she has evidenced by getting Housing OT's involved from the outset of the design of new homes in terms of access, adaptability and inclusive design, we have saved the LA approx. £1.5-2 million over 6 years by not having to retro-fit, future proofing, avoiding stigmatising aesthetics etc. We also sit in the council's Growth and Place Directorate alongside Development, LABC, Planning etc to adopt very much a wider 'place' approach.
