01:13:11	Rob Mills - Walton Charity:	We've recently purchased some s106 properties as almshouses for key workers, for both single people and families. We are a RP as well an almshouse, so were eligible for the s106 units. We are fortunate to have a permanent endowment so used this buy them with no grant. Downside was that little input into the design, but properties meet local housing need.
